Shipping Policy

We want your meats to arrive in peak condition. Therefore, we will only ship 2-day air or faster. Specialty Bacons and Fresh Sausages are sealed in plastic, frozen, and shipped with dry ice. Dry-sausages are sealed in plastic to keep them dry, but do not require refrigeration until they are opened.

For the Northeast and eastern U.S., we use FedEx Ground/Home Delivery if the package will arrive within 2 days. Further west, we use FedEx Express 2-day service.

Boston-area orders may opt to pick up/meet up locally for no charge. We are looking into bicycle delivery options for home delivery.

Paypal is currently set up with 2-day shipping. If you would like your order overnighted, please contact us and we can create a custom invoice for you. Similarly, if your order is only for dry-cured sausages that do not require refrigeration, you may opt for less expensive shipping.
